Terms of Service
1. What We Offer
AmpHarbor is an informational project. We publish materials on home solar battery topics and, upon request, prepare personal guidance for those who contact us through the contact form. These Terms describe how that interaction works and what each party may expect.
The site has no registration, user account, subscription, or payment. We do not sell access to materials, accept payments, or provide software or online tools. Everything available to a visitor is open site content and the ability to ask a question.
By using the site, you agree to these Terms. We also recommend reading the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy to understand how we handle data.
2. Who May Use the Site
The site is intended for adult users. By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and act in your own name or have authority to act on behalf of the organization you represent.
Materials may be read freely without conditions. Submitting the form requires separate acknowledgment: there you confirm agreement with the Privacy Policy.
3. How We Handle Inquiries
An inquiry reaches us by email after the form is submitted. We read it, ask clarifying questions through your contact details if needed, and respond to the substance of the request.
We aim to respond within reasonable time in order of receipt. Actual response time depends on inquiry volume and question complexity, so we do not guarantee a reply by a specific hour or day. If a question falls outside site topics, we will say so directly.
We may not respond to inquiries that contain insults, spam, advertising offers, automatically generated text, or clearly false contact details.
4. Nature of Materials and Guidance
Site materials and our replies are informational and advisory. We describe practice, explain options, and highlight what to watch for, but we do not make decisions for you.
Any decisions and actions based on our materials are yours and under your responsibility. Conditions differ for everyone, so universal solutions do not exist: what worked for one person may not work for another.
If a question requires specialized qualification or falls outside site topics, consult an appropriate professional. Our guidance does not replace professional consultation in the relevant field.
5. Acceptable Use
We ask you to use the site in good faith. You agree not to use the site to:
- violate applicable laws and the rights of others;
- send threats, insults, knowingly false information, or third-party personal data without consent through the form;
- distribute malicious code or take actions that disrupt site operation;
- attempt to access administrative areas, the server, or other visitors' data;
- collect site content through automated means at industrial scale.
We may restrict site access if a visitor's actions threaten its operation or the safety of other users.
6. Rights in Site Materials
Texts, images, illustrations, logo, design, and site structure belong to AmpHarbor or are used on lawful grounds and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may read materials, save them for personal use, and share a link to a page. Full or partial republication, modification, and commercial use without our written consent are not permitted. Copyright notices must not be removed.
If you believe site materials infringe someone's rights, write to us: we will review the claim and make corrections if needed.
7. Information You Send Us
By sending a question, comment, or suggestion, you confirm that you may share that information and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We use inquiry content to respond to it.
If you share an idea to improve site materials, we may use it in future work without obligation or compensation to you, but we will not publish your inquiry or contact details.
Please do not send confidential information, documents, or special-category data through the form: a description of your question is sufficient for an inquiry.
8. Links to Third-Party Resources
The site may contain links to external resources, such as a map showing our address. We do not control such resources and are not responsible for their content, availability, or operating rules. Following an external link means the terms of that resource apply from that point.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and its materials are provided “as is.” We prepare content in good faith and try to keep it current, but do not guarantee that every detail suits your situation or that information will not become outdated over time.
We also do not guarantee uninterrupted site operation: technical interruptions, errors, and temporary unavailability of individual pages are possible. We do not promise any specific outcome from using our materials or guidance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmpHarbor, its employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, its materials, or inability to access it.
We are not responsible for consequences of decisions you make independently based on published materials, or for actions of third-party resources linked from the site.
In some jurisdictions, limiting certain types of liability is not allowed — in that case the listed limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to Site Operation and These Terms
We develop the project: we add and update materials, change sections, and sometimes remove content that is no longer useful. Such changes may happen at any time without separate notice.
We may update these Terms as well. The current version is always on this page, and the last update date appears at the top. By continuing to use the site after a new version is published, you agree to it.
12. Termination of Access
You may stop using the site at any time — simply close the page; no action from us is required.
We may restrict site access for an individual user who violates these Terms. Provisions on material rights, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability continue to apply after you stop using the site.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Dispute resolution procedures are described in the Terms and Conditions.
